All hangers are originally designed by Patcy Rooney, who has been designing Dolls, Historical Doll Clothing, Quilts and other fine crafts for the past 35 years. She is a self taught artist and has attended many art courses through the years in the New England area, most notably at the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI. The hangers were designed specifically for her granddaughter, Lucy, who, of course, has the most beautifully decorated closet for miles.
